Our Process
Every project at World Wide Powder Coatings follows a proven process to ensure consistent results.
- Surface Preparation - proper cleaning and preparation for maximum adhesion.
- Abrasive Blasting - removes contaminants and prepares the surface.
- Powder Application - Even, controlled coating application
- Oven Curing - Proper temperature control for a durable finish
- Final Inspection - Quality checks before delivery
Each part is handled carefully from receiving through final delivery to ensure a professional result every time.

Capable of processing a 12' x 12' x 52', 10,000-pound single part
Our shop consists of;
- One 12' x 10' x 50 ft Blast Booth
- Two 50 ft. long Powder Booths
